1. Basic conditions and services of guest's reception

1. Apartment owner may be both a legal and physical person
2. Apartment owner should have a certificate on categorization approved by competent authorities - economy department
3. All apartments in the owner's facility should comply with DOMUS BONUS IQA standards.
4. Service of guest's reception should be provided 24 hours a day
5. Breakfast should be provided - at guest's request

3.1. Apartment as a whole

1. Separate entrance to apartment
2. Area used as bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen

4. Windows exposed to daylight
5. Rooms at least 2.40 m high
6. Fireproof ashtray in smoking apartment or no-smoking sign
7. Fireproof waste basket
8. Mirror
9. Heating. (An exception are apartments open only in summer)
10. Individually controlled air-conditioning in apartment
11. Main lighting on ceiling, wall or as freestanding lamp
12. Several free power sockets
13. Possibility of listening to radio (by radio or TV set)
14. Satellite and/or cable color TV with remote control
15. Apartment tariff and House Rules in four languages
16. Folder with tourist information (brochures, etc.) and list of emergency telephone numbers.
17. Safe or service of safe-deposit box use
18. Access staircase and corridors (floor, wall, ceiling, equipment) clean, showing no traces of wear and tear, damage, etc.

3.2. Area used as bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen

4. Outer lighting on facility functioning well, if such exists
5. Proper cleaning and maintenance of environment: no waste, dry leaves, etc.
6. Garbage collected regularly
7. Continuous maintenance provided
8. Well maintained garden
9. Possibility of drying clothes

3.5. Parking

1. Parking for motor vehicle - 1 parking space for up to 3 persons
