Istra Inspirit is a project which will, from June to September, revive the spirits of the Istrian past.
Through nine Inspirit experiences on the authentic historical sites, the visitors are offered a unique travel through time.
The staging of Istrian myths and legends around the peninsula will revive the castles, Roman villas, old town cores and museums, black mine, a medieval execution, the Roman feast and the Baroque ball which are only a small part of the Inspirit offer.
With a superb actors and outstanding scenery, the timeless magic of Istria will be complete with the fun, dancing and the dinner which will evoke various historical periods and bring various surprises.

Pazin and its medieval fortress is situated above the 130 meters deep abyss which will stage a getaway of Sandorf and two other conspirators which, by descending down the cliff of the Pazin abyss, have tried to escape from execution. Did they succeed, or did they die at the end? ... Find out more at the Pazin castle.

In the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and family castle Morisini-Grimani, the witch Mara Radolovich is waiting for her destiny which was accused of a pact with the devil. Has she survived and what was the real reason of her charges? During the Renaissance feast, discover the truth...

Savudrija will host a story about the Lighthouse of love which becomes a stage on the intriguing romantic legend about the Count Metternich and the girl from Savudrija. The sweetness of the forbidden love will be presented for the visitors by the delicious meals with alleged aphrodisiac ingredients. Do not miss an exclusive experience and find out why they did not live happily ever after.

Surrounded by the majestic walls, old town Buzet is one of the most famous medieval Istrian towns of the acropolis type. Feel the spirit of the 20th century and the bygone times by walking through the town and experience the old-fashioned streets, squares and nowadays forgotten workshops.

The youngest will surely be pleasantly surprised by the clowns and jugglers in the city of Pula, as well as by the delicious potions of sorceresses and sorcerers and the unforgettable food which was eaten by the giant Veli Jože.

Go back a few centuries back and visit the Roman villa at Vižula, dating from the year 326, which is situated in Medulin and experience the intrigue of the Roman Empire. Crispo, son of Constantine, was destined to take the throne, but one woman does not agree with it... Find out who she was and what happened to Crispo.

In Poreč, the friendly hosts will greet you with a smile on their faces, the noblemen and noblewomen dressed in festive dresses, knights and jugglers. You will not miss out the fun and dance and you'll find out who was the Domenico Furlan ...

In Rovinj, you will find out what spacio is and for what is batana used for. The fishermen will gladly join you in a song (bitinade), songs which "talk" about the life of fishermen, sea, land, unhappy love stories and happy story endings.
