Oleg Kireyev, a leading Russian saxophonist, was nominated for a Grammy. He has been working together with musicians from different countries, which embodies the present state of improvised music, and this cooperation often has a truly international character. "His sound - hypnotic, sensual", wrote the official release of the greatest jazz, All About Jazz on Kireyev - "sometimes guttural, like Coleman Hawkins, and other times raucous, seductive, like the great Ben Webster. He plays fluently, which only a few manage to perform ".
