It seems that winter has finally given up, awakening the flowers after a long winter sleep. We, too are more active, nature invites us like so many times before... to explore Istria, discover the butterflies and fall in love anew, so passionately and youthfully - with Ćićarija in the north, Cape Kamenjak in the south, Lim Channel, Poreč and Rovinj in the west and Rakalj and Rabac in the east.
But, all you need is to set off by wine road, bike trail or tour the Brijuni archipelago in a small wooden batana and then come back ashore to admire the sunset in Fažana. Everything is so simple after the first step - just look at the bush on the left and you catch sight of an asparagus. No, two of them! If the snowdrop is the herald of spring, then surely asparagus is the first ingredient you can add to scrambled eggs fritaja!
And after refreshing both your body and soul, return once again to the awakening nature, blossoming that seems so enchanting at dawn, yet so mystical at dusk.
