Concerts
Classical music
Classical music concerts are held in the exclusive church space and atrium of the Euphrasiana. Well known vocal and instrumental soloists and groups, chamber orchestras and symphony orchestras, choirs, old and spiritual music ensembles from our country and foreign countries make their appearances. Concerts are held from June till August, usually once a week - on Friday. During the spring and fall months chamber ensemble concerts are held in the salon of the city's museum Zavičajni Muzej Poreštine (The Native Museum of Poreč).
Jazz
During July and August jazz-nights appearing famous Croatian jazz artists and jazz groups take place in the special atmosphere of the Native Museum 's back yard, entrance from Decumanus and St. Mauro Street (near the coffee shop "Lapidarium"). Concerts are held once a week, usually on Wednesdays.
Choir singing
"NAŠ KANAT JE LIP" - is a traditional meet of vocal choirs which perform in a musical manner characteristic of the Istrian coastal area. About thirty vocal choirs from cultural and performing societies and schools from Istria and Kvarner participate, as well as other guests from other parts of Croatia and other countries. The program will be held in June beginning in the evening by an appearance of choirs on the front steps of the City's theatre house on the square (Narodni trg) and will continue through the evening with concerts in the Istrian Assembly Hall (Park Jurja Dobrila). Entrance is free of charge.
BRASS BAND CONCERTS
Children's brass band "Porečki delfini" concerts are held every week during the summer, from the second half of June till September on the main stairs of the City's Theatre on the square Narodni trg. Concerts usually take place once a week in the evening hours.
