Istria Convention Bureau is your neutral partner. Our job is to promote Istria as a conference destination. We offer our services free of charge to any national or international organizer of meetings, conventions and incentives. Istria Convention Bureau was set up in 1999 as a department of the Istria Tourist Board. Conferences, corporate meetings and incentives are an important part of the Istrian tourism industry. Good conference facilities, conference support service and cultural appeal make Istria one of Croatia's leading destinations for hosting international meetings. Our services Holding an event, be it a congress, conference, corporate meeting or an incentive trip, calls for professional organization. The Convention Bureau offers you professional and prompt support, free of charge. Venues We introduce you to Istria's conference facilities, invite you to submit a quotation for those you favour and help you decide. Bids To ensure that Istria is successful in its bids to host your event we can help you make your case in the form a «bid book» or PowerPoint presentation. Advice As an intermediary between your company and the Istrian conference business, we can put you in contact with all the local service providers. Site inspection We will gladly arrange site inspections according to your requirements. Advertising materials Our advertising materials including photos, DVD-s, brochures, maps and posters, will help you promote your events.
