Terms for business cooperation
The basic requirement for business cooperation is that all subjects must have Internet access, e-mail address which is also regularly in use and mobile phone because of the better and faster communication with the support of IRTA and guests.
Detailed cooperation conditions are individually listed in E-distribution agreements.
What is necessary to do for booking of Your accommodation capacities via destination websites www.istra.hr / www.istra.com?
HOTELS, RESORTS, CAMPS
1) In the case that your accommodation capacity is already displayed at www.istra.hr / www.istra.com is necessary to:
a) Sign the E-distribution agreement via websites for the sector of hotels, tourist resorts and camps. Download the document HERE.
Fill out the required fields with your data, sign an agreement and send one (1) copy by registered letter to the IRTA d.o.o, Dalmatinova 4 (OTP center), 52 100 Pula.
b) Upon signing of the agreement, IRTA will send you a username, password and web address to access the system and will provide instructions for use of the system. It is necessary then to access the system for administration of availability and prices of your accommodation capacities. IRTA's support will be available from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00 (tel. +385 (0)52 88 00 88, e-mail: info@istra.com)
2) In the case that your accommodation facility is not displayed at www.istra.hr / www.istra.com is necessary:
a) It is necessary to enter the accommodation facility into system for the data presentation. For quick entry, we suggest to contact the phone number +385 (0)52 88 00 88 or via e-mail: info@istra.com. The general and specific accommodation facility data will be requested. Following the presentation at the website, it is necessary to

c) Upon signing of the agreement, IRTA will send you a username, password and web address to access the system and will provide user manual for the system use. It is necessary then to access the system for administration of availability and prices of your accommodation capacities. PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION (Leisure houses, apartments, rooms)
1) In the case that your accommodation capacity is already displayed at www.istra.hr / www.istra.com is necessary to:
a) Sign the E-distribution agreement via websites for the sector of private accommodation owners. Download the document HERE.
Fill out the required fields with your information, sign the contract and send one (1) copy by registered mail to the IRTA d.o.o., Dalmatinova 4 (OTP center), 52 100 Pula.
b) Upon signing of the agreement and the lump-sum payment, IRTA will send you a username, password and web address to access the system and will provide user manual for use of the system. It is necessary then to access the system for administration of availability and prices of your accommodation capacities. IRTA's support will be available from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00 (tel. + 385 (0)52 88 00 88, e-mail: info@istra.com).
2) In the case that your accommodation facility is not displayed at www.istra.hr / www.istra.com is necessary:
a) It is necessary to enter accommodation facility into system for the data presentation. HERE It is necessary to take the general form for description of your accommodation facility, enter the required information and send it to info@istra.com or via fax at +385 (0)52 88 00 88.
b) Sign the E-distribution agreement via destination websites for the sector of private accommodation owners. Download the document HERE.
c) Upon signing and lump- sum payment, IRTA will send you a username, password and web address to access the system and will provide user manual for the system use. It is necessary then to access the system for administration of availability and prices of Your accommodation capacities. IRTA's support will be available from Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00 (tel. + 385 (0)52 88 00 88, e-mail: info@istra.com).
NOTE: Signing of the E-distribution agreement does not condition the receiving of user names and passwords that allow access to the system and the administration as well as the presentation of accommodation facility details.
