Pula’s Outlook among the world's best music festivals
01.08.2012.
British newspaper The Sun has recently included the Outlook Festival, held at the fort Punta Christo in Štinjan near Pula, among the top eight international festivals in 2012 and declared it the best festival for ravers.
Outlook has won a UK Festival Award 2011 for the best festival of the European continent. This year it will be held from 30 August to 3 September. This major European festival of bass music and sound system culture will feature over 500 performers on 12 day and night stages, parties on beaches and boats.
In a short period of time, Outlook Festival has achieved an incredible boom and worldwide popularity thanks to the excellent music program and organization, great atmosphere and unique location. It is therefore not surprising that this year thousands of foreign visitors from Great Britain, all European countries, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the United States, as well as hundreds of foreign media representatives, including the BBC, the Guardian, Resident Advisor, Time Out, MTV and Virtual Festivals are expected to attend.
On the British newspaper list there are also two festivals that take place in England - Isle of Wight (best in general) and Bestival (best for new bands), then the Scottish T In The Park (the best for fun), the Welsh Green Man (the best for family) the Serbian Exit (the best view), Spanish Benicassim (best because of the proximity of the sea and the beach) and Japan's Fuji Rock (the most extravagant).
