On Monday, 29 June, a meeting was held with the Presidents of Italian and Slovenian chairmanship of Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe in Vipava, who are lobbying for the Croatian caterers to be represented in this prestigious organization which promotes young, successful chefs. Since the JRE annual assembly is being held in the first week of July in Toulouse, where the Italian representative will officially propose the membership of the Istrian representatives, the meeting was held precisely in order to present the Istrian representatives with the organization and with all the benefits as well as obligations of each member. We will provide more information on the whole project after the meeting of the JRE Presidency.
