• The Historical and Maritime Museum of Istria - Museo storico e navale dell´Istria is a public museum institution. It is located in Pula, and is located in the Venetian fortress in the center of the city, on the Kaštela hill. Visitors can see the Venetian fortress, then the Zerostrasse tunnel spaces, which are connected to the fortress by an elevator, and 4 exhibitions. From the top of the fort there is a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the Pula Bay. The following exhibitions can be viewed: "Valvasor in Istria", "Fort center Pula", "Women of resistance - Women in the fight against fascism" and "Pula electric tram 1904 - 1934". The entrance will be free on Saturday, October 1, and the working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00. It is not necessary to book in advance.
