Truffles, wild asparagus and olive oil are main characters in the story about Istria written by a reputable American journalist Kimberley Lovato. Roaming through Istria, she tasted Istrian Malvasia and Teran, the Istrian prosciutto, wild asparagus, fuži pasta and homemade brandy, olive oil listed among best oils in the world and did not pass on truffles.
