Pula Arena

Visit Istria takes you to a football spectacle never seen before!

The contest is organized by the Istria Tourism Board (Pionirska 1a, 52440 Poreč) and managed by Istrian Tourism Development Agency - IRTA (Pionirska 1a, HR-52440 Poreč), hereinafter referred to as organizer. It begins on June 28th 2019 and lasts until July 3rd 2019 at noon. The purpose of the contest is the promotion of the football match due to take place in the Arena of Pula on July 8th 2019 at 8 pm. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

A total of 6 tickets will be awarded in this contest.
Three winners will be picked and each one will be awarded with two tickets for the football match.

In order to participate in the contest users have to write in @VisitIstria Facebook comments why they should get the 2 tickets for the match between FC Bayern München legends and Croatia's Vatreni.

The organizer reserves the right not to accept answers which don't meet the criteria and to disqualify any participant in case of irregularities.
By participating, each user accepts the contest rules.

Three times two tickets will be awarded according to the results. The organizer will inform the winners about their prize as soon as possible, after the end of the contest on the @VisitIstria Facebook page. The winners will, then, message the requested details. If the winners don't contact the organizer in the defined time, the prize will be given to the next highest ranked participant.

Each user can participate only once and the first comment will be eligible for the tickets.

An impartial jury will decide on the most creative comment and the answers which meet the following criteria will be taken into consideration:
• An original, creative and innovative suggestion which meets all the given criteria and the purpose of the contest;
• A creative answer according to the goals and vision ITB manages the promotion on all the official channels;
• A creative answer according to the goals and vision of the strategic partnership signed last year in June for a three year period in order to connect 2 premium brands - Istria Tourism Board and FC Bayern München (one of the biggest football clubs in the world).
• A creative answer that promotes the cultural- historical heritage in Istria and events which are organized in the Arena of Pula.

The number of likes in the comment section is not decisive in picking a winner but it can help the jury.

The winner agrees his name to be published as the winner while their answers will be published on the official channels of the organizer.

In order to pick up the tickets, winners have to present a valid personal identification document with a photo.

The winners can claim their prizes in the office of the IRTA d.o.o. – Istrian Tourism Development Agency: Dalmatinova 4 - 2nd floor, 52100 Pula. The latest date to collect the prize is July 8th 2019 until 4 pm.

The employees of the Istria Tourist Board, Istrian Tourism Development Agency and other associates who cooperated in the creation of this contest, or their family members, cannot participate in it.

Minors can participate in the contest but their adult legal guardian with a valid ID has to pick up the tickets and accept the contest rules.
Winners cannot claim different prizes or demand other prizes than the ones stated in the Rules of the Organizer.
Prizes cannot be replaced for money, other products or services. Once the prize is collected, the Organizer will have no further obligations towards the winner.

The contest can be cancelled in case circumstances occur which the Organizer cannot change or avoid in which case there are no further commitments towards the participants of the contest.

Participants accept the rights and obligations of these Rules.

The organizer reserves the right to change the Rules. The participants will be informed in due time.
County court in Pula is responsible in case of any dispute between the Organizer and the participants of the contest.
