Month of Vodnjan's špaleta
On Easter Monday and weekends during April at Stancija Buršić in Vodnjan you may enjoy the traditional Easter menu that includes "špaleta" (pork ham, aged in salt for four days, then cleaned and covered with ground black pepper).
A large outdoor terrace awaits you while children can have fun in the outdoor park. All safety measures will be taken to provide you with a pleasant and safe stay.
After the "špaleta" meal, use the rest of the day and spend it wandering around of Vodnjan or for those more active, to choose among bike trails or hiking trail no 111. Be sure to stop at Kažun Theme Park!
