The Cittanova Blues Festival has turned a new page in the city's musical history. What Boško Petrović successfully started about 30 years ago has returned with a new team at the helm and a redefined blues signature. Winners of the Croatian Blues Challenge in 2018 and 2019, Novigrad residents Denis Makin and Leo Anđelković (The Screaming Wheels) and Davor Hačić, who had the opportunity to prove themselves in the home of the blues, Memphis, in front of a strict blues audience and impressed them, have realized a long-dreamed-of blues festival in Novigrad that will be talked about for years to come.
