Gault & Millau

Gault & Millau 2015

It may well be said that you can’t go wrong if you take the advice of the renowned restaurant guide Gault Millau. The guide’s new 2015 edition gives us a lot of things to be pleased about.

Although the restaurants of Istria have been part of the prestigious Gault Millau family since 2004, the first edition of the guide was published as early as 1965, the year it was founded by Henri Gault and Christian Millau. The Gault Millau guide rates haute cuisine, and the quality and detailed information it provides makes it an excellent advisor when searching for the ideal restaurant in whichever country you may be.

As many as 20 restaurants in Istria are listed in the 2015 Austrian edition of Gault Millau, which has a special supplement covering Croatia. Again this year, Monte in Rovinj received the highest score of Croatian restaurants, while the restaurant Marina in Novigrad is this year’s newcomer.
So, get your copy of Gault Millau 2015 and set out for the Istria’s top-line restaurants!
