• Zigante Truffle Days is a unique event that gathers numerous local and foreign guests from all over the world for five weekends to taste white and black Istrian truffles and other exceptional tastes of Istrian delicacies. The "Zigante Truffle Days" program includes a truffle fair, an international exhibition of wines and other autochthonous Istrian products (such as Istrian prosciutto, sausages, cheese, honey, olive oil, brandy...), culinary workshops, demonstrations of searching for truffles in the forest, and various tastings where guests can taste truffle-based specialties that will be presented by top chefs in their dishes.
