The story of this farm started in the late 90s, when the Mastilović family settled on a panoramic hill and built a house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Today the Collis farmhouse is a welcoming place, where it is possible to taste wine, donkey milk and, of course, extra virgin olive oil. The specialized olive grove covers almost 5 hectares with 500 trees. In the last harvest 120 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of 20 hectolitres of oil.
We recommend the Extra Virgin selection Collis from Organic Farming, which is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is fine and delicate, characterized by vegetal hints of artichoke and wild chicory, together with notes of aromatic herbs, especially mint and rosemary. Its taste is mellow and harmonic, with a flavour of lettuce and an almond finish. Bitterness and pungency are present and complimentary.
