Another brilliant result for this beautiful farm and its outstanding extra virgin olive oil. Founded in 1992 by the brothers Livio and Lorenzo, it is located in Vodnjan and today it is run by the young Matteo Belci. The total area of 13 hectares includes a specialized olive grove extending over 7 hectares with 4,000 old and new trees. In the last harvest 400 quintals of olives were produced, equal to 47 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil.

We recommend the excellent Monocultivar Extra Virgin selection Meloto - Buža, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is clean and rotund, rich in hints of medium ripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with fresh fragrant notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is elegant and complex, with a vegetal flavour of broad beans, celery and lettuce. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct and complimentary.
