Dolija 08 is a promising farm located in the district of Marčana. It was founded in 2008 by Rafael Vareško and today is run by Marija, who manages a specialized olive surface of 8 hectares with 2.000 trees. Flos Olei recommends the selection proposed to the panel, the very good Monocultivar Extra Virgin Dolija 08 - Buža, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues.

Its aroma is full and rotund, rich in fruity hints of unripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with vegetal notes of country lettuce and celery. Its taste is elegant and complex, with a fragrant flavour of basil, mint and parsley. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is present and well balanced.
