Description in the Flos Olei guide

Valter Šarić founded his farm in the early 2000s, when the first olive grove with 80 young trees was planted. However, the love for the land and for olive growing has much older roots in his family, handed down from father to son. Today the olive groves are located in three areas in the district of Vodnjan and cover a surface of over 7 hectares with 2,300 trees. In the last harvest 175 quintals of olives and about 22 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil were produced.

We recommend the Extra Virgin Olea Prima - Buža Pdo Istra from Organic Farming, which is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with light green hues. Its aroma is clean and rotund, with fruity hints of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana, together with fragrant notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is rotund and harmonic, with a vegetal flavour of chicory, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct
