Camping Lanterna will be upgraded to a 4* campsite in 2016 and it will include a new water park with slides and attractions for children and a total of 1,350 m² of new water area: a new children's swimming pool, four renovated swimming pools with new waterslides and a pirate ship as the main attractions, as well as a new sandy beach with a Beach Bar.

The Mediterranean Garden Premium Village located near the new water park will provide accommodation in 50 new and fully equipped spacious mobile homes located in the Mediterranean Garden and in the Marine Village, a new marine-themed tourist village of 69 fully equipped mobile homes. The capacity of the glamping villages at the campsite will increase with the addition of 7 new glamping tents, making a total of 14, pitches will be upgraded and the main swimming pool by the beach will also be renovated.

This high quality camping village is divided into different areas covering 3 kilometres of coastline, which makes it seem as though there are several campsites instead of one, while at the same time offering a sense of security and privacy. The spacious and fully equipped mobile homes with roofed terraces provide premium comfort and most of them are situated within an “Istrian style“ village. The spacious pitches offer unique accommodation right by the sea or in the shade of oak trees. Luxury Mare pitches are additionally equipped with a grill and a parasol and are located in the most attractive campsite locations close to the sea, while the exclusive Mega Luxury pitch, which covers an area of 200 m², comes with its own beach.

Besides the outdoor and children's swimming pool complex, the campsite's abundant offer also includes children’s playgrounds, various programmes of organized activities at the children's Maro Club or Teens Club, numerous daily and evening activities for children, as well as sporting activities that include a large number of water sports.

You can choose whether you would like to dine at restaurants that offer Mediterranean specialties, have meals at fast food restaurants or order "take-away" from the Adria restaurant. The recently renovated Trattoria offers Mediterranean and Italian specialties, while guests that want to prepare their own meals in the tranquil surrounding of their pitches or mobile homes can buy groceries at one of the three supermarkets, the farmer's market or the small fish market that offers fresh fish and shellfish on a daily basis.
