The Soardo – Bembo palace, the largest building in Bale, catches the attention of every visitor with the beauty of its renovated gothic- renaissance facade.

The fortified castle of the Soardo family changed its purpose in the 15th century and became a residential dwelling. In the 16th century the Bembo family became the owners of the kastel. They organised many social events in the castle.
