New air route from Paris to Pula

The introduction of a new air route from Pula to Paris (Beauvais) was announced today by the Istrian Tourist Board and Ryanair, one of the world's leading low-cost carriers. The new line will operate twice a week from 16th of May 2012 summer season, with fares starting from €30.99 o/way including taxes.

As the most visited tourist region in Croatia, Istria has thus opened new horizons in the ever-changing world of tourism and travel. The Istrian Tourist Board is looking forward to new possibilities that will most certainly rise with the opening of the line, which is a most welcome addition to the growing repertoire of international flights based in Pula.

The new Paris to Pula route was celebrated by releasing numerous € 30.99 seats for travel from the beginning of the operations until the 30th of June 2012, which are available for booking through the Ryanair website from tomorrow until midnight on Thursday 1st of March 2012.

- We are delighted to add one new low fare route to our Pula network and to support Croatian tourism and economy. Visitors and Croatian travellers can now beat the recession by choosing even more low fares, said Ryanair's Melisa Corrigan.

Ryanair operates more than 1,500 flights per day from over 50 bases and 1,400 low fare routes across 28 countries, connecting over 165 destinations. Ryanair operates a fleet of 286 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft with firm orders for a further 25 new aircraft which will be delivered over the next year. The company currently has a team of more than 8,500 people and expects to carry 75 million passengers in the current fiscal year.
