The hotel is situated at an attractive location, right by the shore and in the vicinity of Rovinj, surrounded by abundant Mediterranean vegetation and unobtrusively incorporated in the natural ambient of the century-old park forest Zlatni Rt. Hotel’s architecture was designed by the renowned architectural studio Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, designers of hotels within the Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Le Meridien, One&Only, Four Seasons and Kempinski groups. The hotel includes two fine dining restaurants, Wine Vault and Mediterraneo, a wellness center of 1,000 square meters, and 99 rooms and 14 suites providing a view of the sea and the skyline of Rovinj’s old town.

Established in 1928 and headquartered in New York, the prestigious global hotel organization now comprises 430 most luxurious hotels, destinations and spa centers in over 80 countries across the world. Hotels that want to join must apply themselves, but for their application to be considered, a hotel must be in the luxury hotel category and meet the highest standards with respect to accommodation, service, food & beverage, staff’s behavior and amenities. In short, everything relating to guest comfort, convenience and mood. Only the most prominent facilities in the world are accepted as members of The Leading Hotels of the World, which ensures ongoing compliance with this organization’s high quality standards.

Another acknowledgement of the quality provided by Maistra’s Monte Mulini Hotel is the one recently received from the Trip Advisor, world’s largest network community of travelers. The Certificate of Excellence Award is a certificate rewarding excellence in the tourism and service industries across the world and is only awarded to facilities achieving outstanding guest ratings on the Trip Advisor. To qualify for it, a company must maintain an overall rating of four points or higher out of five points, with points awarded for guest ratings. The Monte Mulini Hotel received five points and was thus ranked among ten percent of the hotels, restaurants and service facilities published on the Trip Advisor and receiving the award. Additional significance is provided by the fact that this award comes from world’s largest network community of travelers with over 50 million individual visitors and over 60 million opinions and ratings on a global level.
