Based on the Agreement on the implementation of the ''Brijuni Rivijera'' Development Programme for the locations Hidrobaza (Pula), Sveta Katarina Island-Monumenti (Pula) and Pineta (Fažana), concluded on 29 July 2011, the Commission of the Republic of Croatia for the realization of the ''Brijuni Rivijera'' Development Programme, at its third session held on 12 September 2011, adopted the Decision on Publishing the tender for the locations Hidrobaza and Pineta (Official Gazette 104/2011).

The Government of the Republic of Croatia at its session held on 12 September 2011 adopted the Decision on publishing the Notification on the intention of granting concession for two ports of nautical tourism in the location Sv.Katarina Island-Monumenti (Official Gazette 103/2011).
