Start of the cycling season! More than 300 cyclists have gathered in front of the Valamar Pinia Hotel in Poreč to open the first of many bikecamps that are offered over the summer in cooperation with 3T Active. In March alone, more than 4,000 overnight stays were counted in the Bike Hotels of the Group Valamar Hotels & Resorts.

Particular highlights of the season include the famous bicycle race Istria Valamar Terra Magica that attracts amateur cyclists and cyclists from  many countries from 10 - 12th May. New this year are: the Valamar Junior Trophy for children, which will be held on a track near the Valamar Pinia hotel on Saturday, the race on the 11th May as well as the short-Fun XC marathon a day later in Tinjan for less serious cyclists who are looking for the adrenaline rush. Participants find special packages that are tailored to the needs of cyclists at Valamar Hotels & Resorts.
