Every autumn, the town of Buzet becomes an unmissable destination for motorsport enthusiasts, hosting Croatia's most prestigious hill climb race and one of the most thrilling events on the European calendar. Competitors tackle the legendary 5,001-metre course, featuring 32 challenging bends and an elevation gain of 250 metres.

Buzet Days combine tradition, adrenaline and world-class sport in an event that continues to write new chapters in hill climb racing history while delivering an unforgettable experience for both competitors and spectators. During race weekend, the town at the foot of Mount Ćićarija transforms into the centre of European hill climb racing, welcoming the continent's top drivers and teams, along with more than 15,000 passionate motorsport fans.

Renowned for its impeccable organisation and one of Europe's most demanding and spectacular hill climb courses, the event attracts many of the sport's leading names. For decades, the Buzet course has been regarded as one of the most technically challenging and exhilarating hill climb tracks in Europe. More than 220 drivers from numerous countries are expected to compete in a race that forms part of the FIA European Hill Climb Championship, as well as several other international and national championships.

What truly sets Buzet Days apart, however, is the unique atmosphere that extends far beyond the race itself. Throughout the town, visitors can enjoy a vibrant festival ambience, a lively fan zone and a diverse selection of local food and drink, making the event one of Istria's most exciting sporting occasions.

Spectators traditionally line the course to witness the action from just metres away, while iconic viewing points such as Most, Komušićica, the Marininci Gorge and the final bends leading towards Peničići become gathering places for thousands of dedicated motorsport enthusiasts.

For more than four decades, Auto Club Buzet, supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers, has successfully organised an event that has long outgrown the boundaries of a sporting competition. Today, Buzet Days are a symbol of the town and one of the best-known hill climb events in this part of Europe - an event that, year after year, reaffirms Buzet's reputation as one of the must-visit destinations on the European hill climb racing circuit.

Since 2014, Buzet Days have been part of the official European hill climb calendar as a fixture in the FIA European Hill Climb Championship.
