It is the “Made with Love” Farm, an award that is the right culmination of a serious and passionate journey that has made it a fundamental point of reference for high-quality olive growing in Croatia and abroad. Founded and run by Bosiljka Belić, this modern and elegant farm consists of a 12-hectare olive grove with 4,500 trees. In the last harvest 800 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of 108 hectolitres of oil.

There are three very good Monovarietal Extra Virgin Oleum Viride, Ascolana Tenera, Rošulja and the excellent Buža, which we recommend. It is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in fruity hints of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana, together with aromatic notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is exuberant and strong, with a vegetal flavour of broad beans, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct and harmonic.
