One of the Most Romantic Summer Evenings in Town

The unique atmosphere of Rovinj's Old Town and waterfront will once again be transformed by the warm glow of torches and candles, live music, and spectacular light installations, creating an unforgettable experience beneath the starry sky. To enhance the romantic ambiance, the public lighting along the waterfront will be switched off for the evening, allowing the area to be illuminated solely by torchlight, while the terraces of local cafés and restaurants will shine by candlelight.

The evening begins with a promenade performance and dance presentation by the Roxanne Dance Group. A rich live music programme at several locations throughout the town, together with the spectacular light effects created by the Visualia Group, which will illuminate the façade of the Hotel Adriatic, will add even more magic to the event.

As every year, the Ecomuseum "Batana" will take part as the event's traditional heritage venue, presenting visitors with the authentic culture, flavours, and customs connected to the batana boat and Rovinj's rich maritime heritage.

• Romantic Batana Boat Ride – From 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, experience Rovinj from the sea at sunset and under the first stars of the evening. Places are limited, and advance booking is required at info@batana.org.
• Photography Exhibition by Alessio Sponza – Discover a captivating collection of photographs celebrating the magical atmosphere of Rovinj, the sea, the batana, and the star-filled sky during the Night of St. Lawrence. The exhibition will be open on the Great Pier from 9:00 PM to midnight.
• Batana Gourmet House – Traditional fish dishes prepared and presented throughout the evening.
• Batana Sweet House – Taste Rovinj's traditional fijoki, delightful star-shaped biscuits, and freshly prepared traditional fritule.
