A fair bringing together artists, creatives, artisans, and small independent brands

MERCATINO is conceived as a meeting place for creators and visitors, a space where people can meet the individuals behind the products, talk with them, and discover original works created in small workshops, studios, and family-run businesses. The fair showcases a diverse range of original creations and creative products – from artistic and functional objects to unique souvenirs, design pieces, illustrations, handicrafts, and other one-of-a-kind works.

What makes MERCATINO special is not only the variety of exhibitors but also the atmosphere created when creativity meets the Mediterranean charm of Rovinj. Visitors can enjoy a stroll by the sea, explore the rich selection of exhibitors, and find original items that tell their own story, far removed from mass production and conventional tourist souvenirs.

Unlike traditional sales events, MERCATINO places a strong emphasis on direct contact between creators and visitors. Conversations, the exchange of experiences, and insights into the creative process are what give this fair its distinctive character. In addition to local visitors, the fair regularly attracts numerous international guests, allowing exhibitors' original works to find their way to different parts of Europe and the world each year.

Opening hours: Day 1 > 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM / Day 2 > 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

In case of rain, the fair will be cancelled.
