Omelette (fritaja) Weeks in Central Istria

The new gastronomic event will take place in central Istria from April 1st to April 30th. The caterers will offer this traditional Istrian dish in combination with various ingredients, primarily wild herbs awailable in spring.

Omelettes will be offered at the promotional price of 30 HRK and it will be possible to choose among several different types of this typical Istrian dish.
