Wine tastings in the Castle

In cooperation with the association Vinistra, the castle Morosini-Grimani hosts tastings "Pairing wines and Istrian products". Under the professional guidance and presentation of sommelier Emil Perdec. Every visitor will find out how to pair top wines and their corresponding products, and how to experience the harmony of all the flavours that these products offer us in combination.

At each tasting, 6 different wines are tasted paired with Istrian food products.
