Exhibition: 7th Biennal of Painting in Poreč

The Biennal of Painting organized by the Croatian Society of Artists is a national fine art event dedicated to documenting the scene and progress in painting, launched to present the current state of Croatian painting and compare it with the current practice in European painting. The Croatian selection presents a broad cross-section of generations actively shaping the painting environment, from the oldest members of the HAZU (Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts), to the youngest, who create new impulses to enter this environment, with the aim of recording the current two-year production.

The exhibition in Poreč presents a selection of about 20 works of art by the most important female and male authors who exhibited as part of the main selection at the House of Croatian Artists in Zagreb.
