Traditional Crafts on the Square
To mark Rovinj-Rovigno City Day and the Feast of Saint Euphemia, the streets and squares of Rovinj will once again be filled with the scents, colors, and products of skilled hands.
Numerous family farms, home-based businesses, associations, artisans, and small-scale producers will showcase their offerings along the waterfront promenade and in the pedestrian zone in the city center.
Visitors can look forward to a diverse range of authentic food products, traditional handicrafts, and functional items crafted with great expertise, patience, and creativity. In short—"handmade" is the common theme of the fair. The stalls will feature the work of leatherworkers, potters, and blacksmiths, alongside products made from stone, wicker, willow, wire, wool, and other textiles. Also on display will be olive wood handicrafts, paintings and decorations, lavender products, natural soaps, fruit beverages, medicinal teas, and a host of other local and traditional goods.
Over the years, the fair has become a meeting place for artisans, producers, and visitors alike, as well as an opportunity to discover—all in one place—the diverse traditions, skills, and products preserved by the dedicated people of our region.
