Management Days 2026 – Agile Management
From 22 to 23 October 2026, Pical Resort in Poreč will host Management Days 2026, a business event focusing this year on “Agile Management”. Organised by Poslovna učinkovitost, the event brings together managers, business professionals and everyone interested in developing modern management skills, exchanging experiences and improving business processes. This year's programme focuses on agile management as an approach that enables organisations to adapt more quickly to change, make more effective decisions and strengthen teamwork. Through expert presentations, interactive workshops and discussions, participants will have the opportunity to explore practical methods and tools for more successful management in a dynamic business environment.
The first day, 22 October, is dedicated to professional workshops covering financial planning and forecasting, change management in the age of artificial intelligence, data management excellence and aligning strategic objectives with key performance indicators.
On the second day, 23 October, the “Agile Management” conference will focus on the challenges of modern management, defining and implementing management objectives, and the long-term sustainability of agile approaches. The programme also provides opportunities for business networking and exchanging experiences among participants.
