"A great performance for Radešić, an oil farm of the Istrian peninsula, founded by Bruno Radešić in Krasica about ten years ago. The specialized olive grove stretches over more than 2 hectares with 400 trees. In the last harvest 37 quintals of olives were produced, equal to a yield of over 5 hectolitres of oil. We recommend the farm selection: Silvestri from Organic Farming, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with definite green hues. Its aroma is definite and complex, characterized by elegant vegetal notes of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce, enriched by fragrant hints of mint, rosemary and basil. Its taste is ample and rotund, endowed with a distinct spicy flavour of black pepper and dried fruit, especially fresh walnut and sweet almond. Bitterness is definite and pungency is well expressed. It would be ideal on barley salads, marinated perch, vegetables au gratin, chanterelle mushroom purées, first courses with asparagus, stewed shrimps, grilled rock-fish, baked poultry or lamb, pasta filata fresh cheese."
