The festival of good food seasoned with the king of all mushrooms.
A gastro event that combines the popular concept of street food with the traditional Istrian cuisine with a special emphasis on truffle dishes, a unique gastronomic product from the area.
The two-day event that commemorates the fair in Livade takes place in October, the weekend after the festivity of Saint John of Capistrano, the patron saint of the place that since 1993 has been known as the World Truffle Center. In the capital of the Istrian truffle, in the heart of the centuries-old Motovun forest, chefs will be preparing fragrant truffle delicacies in front of you and offering them at promotional prices. To make everyone happy, the organisers have also provided for themed gourmet workshops, children’s programme and sports activities.
