The long-term objective of the GOOD SEAFOOD project is to raise awareness among the citizens of the Brtonigla-Verteneglio Municipality about the importance of eating local fish species, and to familiarise both residents and visitors with traditional culinary recipes of the territory, thus promoting the consumption of local fish and other marine organisms.
