Through specially designed menus, this event presents various interpretations of Istrian cuisine, where local and seasonal ingredients meet the personal culinary style of Vrsar’s chefs. Six restaurants and taverns from Vrsar are participating in the event: San Giorgio (Villa Vrsar), Goran, Kod Luce, Konoba Riva, Skusha Local Fish and Lovor Real Grill (Belvedere).

Every restaurant prepares two special menus - one fish-based and one meat-based. Through these menus, chefs present their own view of Istrian gastronomy – from interpretations of classic recipes to creative combinations of seasonal ingredients
