The story of this farm started in the late 90s, when the Mastilović family settled on a panoramic hill and built a house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Today the Collis farmhouse is a welcoming place, where it is possible to taste wine, donkey milk and, of course, extra virgin olive oil. The specialized olive grove covers one hectare with 400 trees. In the last harvest 60 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of almost 7 hectolitres of oil.  

The Extra Virgin Collis has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, endowed with vegetal hints of artichoke, chicory and lettuce, together with rich aromatic notes of mint and rosemary. Its taste is elegant and harmonic, with a spicy flavour of black pepper and a strong almond finish. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is definite and complimentary.
