William and Anessa Negri who always aim at high quality. Their farm is situated in Trget, in the municipality of Raša, along the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Here they carry on a family tradition and since 2001 have been running 9 hectares of olive grove with 3,000 trees. In the harvest of 2021, 600 quintals of olives were produced, equal to a yield of 66 hectolitres of oil.
The Extra Virgin selection Negri is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, endowed with fruity hints of unripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with fresh fragrant notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is fine and vegetal, with a flavour of artichoke, chicory and lettuce and final notes of cinnamon, black pepper and almond. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct and well balanced.
