This promising farm owned by Mauricio Beaković and it was founded in the district of Kaštelir in 2014, even if its origins date back to the late 1990s, and consists of almost 6 hectares of olive grove with 1.500 trees. Flos Olei recommends the excellent Monovarietal Extra Virgin selection Beaković - Buža, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues.

Its aroma is clean and rotund, endowed with fruity hints of unripe tomato, white apple and banana, together with fresh aromatic notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is elegant and complex, enriched with a vegetal flavour of country lettuce and celery. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is present and well balanced.
