This farm was founded in 2013 and is still run by Diego Jurišević in Bužanija, in the province of Novigrad, in the north of Istria. The estate consists of about 9 hectares of specialized olive grove with 2.100 trees. The selection proposed to Flos Olei panel is the very good Extra Virgin Jurišević - Premium, which is a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues.
Its aroma is clean and rotund, endowed with fragrant hints of officinal herbs, especially mint and rosemary, together with spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper. Its taste is fine and complex, with a vegetal flavour of artichoke, chicory and lettuce and definite final notes of almond. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is present and well balanced.
