Olive oil producers

Oliveri is the trademark the farm Paulišić uses to bottle and market its extra virgin olive oil produced in the area of Kaštelir, a little town in the north-eastern part of the region of Poreč. Founded in 2000 by Dario, today the farm is run by Ivana Paulišić and consists of 7 hectares of specialized olive grove with 2,000 trees of a wide range of local and imported cultivars. In the harvest of 2021, 220 quintals of olives were produced, with a yield of 25 hectolitres of oil.

The Monovarietal Extra Virgin Oliveri - Coratina, a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues. Its aroma is clean and rotund, endowed with ample vegetal hints of artichoke, chicory and lettuce. Its taste is fine and complex, with aromatic notes of mint and rosemary and a finish of black pepper and almond. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct and harmonic.
