Brist is one of Croatia's most renowned olive estates. Nestled in Vodnjan, this award-winning family-run estate is owned by an Istrian-Irish couple whose unwavering commitment to quality and tradition has earned their premium extra virgin olive oils a place among the world's top 100. Set within a centuries-old olive grove overlooking the breathtaking Brijuni Archipelago, the estate offers unforgettable summer evenings, hosting romantic dinners beneath the stars, illuminated by lanterns and infused with the authentic charm of the Mediterranean.

Brist produces five exceptional extra virgin olive oils, including an exclusive premium selection. The outstanding quality of its oils has been recognised with numerous international awards, most notably a place in the EVOOLEUM TOP 100 - the ranking of the world's finest olive oils - for four consecutive years: 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The estate gained further international recognition in 2022 when celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay visited Brist to film an episode for National Geographic. During his visit, he described Brist's exclusive selection as the "crème de la crème" of the world's olive oils.
