Agro biological properties
Average vigour, with robust, short fruit bearing branches that grow straight up. Drupes are oval and medium in size. Leaves are long and intensely green. Young plants bear fruit early. Good for oil production. Although it is resistant to lower temperatures and adaptable to climate variance, cultivation in deep soils in warm, protected areas is recommended. Suitable for mechanical harvesting.

Fertilization
Anemophile fertilization (wind carried). Recommended fertilizers: Pendolino, Frantoio, Leccino.

Resistance to adversities
Very sensitive to olive knot and peacock (or eye) spot (spilocea oleagina).

Quality of the oil
Intensely fruity taste, sweet and spicy with bitter finish. Highly aromatic and full of beneficial polyphenoles.
