Rovinj Now Has Three Restaurants Crowned with Michelin Stars!

Istria can now boast yet another restaurant listed among the holders of the prestigious MICHELIN star, the globally most significant and recognizable gastronomic label. The restaurant Cap Aureo in Rovinj has found its place in this year’s MICHELIN selection for Croatia, and added a new, splendid decoration to its name.  

The restaurant Agli Amici in Rovinj has confirmed its highest rating in Croatia’s culinary scene to date, successfully retaining its two stars which were brought to Istria by Emanuele and Michaela Scarello.  

The restaurant Monte, also from Rovinj, which has gone down in the annal of Croatian and Istrian hospitality industry as the first Croatian inductee to the prestigious list of Michelin star awarded restaurant, has proudly confirmed its Michelin glory for the ninth year in a row.  

With the newest selection of the iconic guide, Rovinj has become the gastronomic capital of Croatia, with no less than three restaurants crowned with Michelin stars.    

Congratulations to everybody who, with their knowledge, hard work and exceptional skill, have achieved this extraordinary success. Your effort and creativity make Istria a true Mecca of gastronomy!
