Istra Bike: Žminj - Feštini
In the centre of the heart–shaped peninsula, between the western and eastern part of Istria, the town of Žminj is located on the hilltop. It is the starting point before our last itinerary. A small place that hides several interesting attractions of which the most popular is The Kingdom of Feštini cave.

The name was given based on a story according to which all the children from the nearby villages were playing in the cave and when the adults asked them where they were, they answer were „In the kingdom“. That is how The Kingdom of Feštini was created and we certainly suggest a visit to this cave.

bike dvigrad
Istra Bike: Captain Morgan and the Ghost Town
A ghost town, buried pirate treasure, canyon, a cave with cavemen and hermit ... Does it remind you of the beginning of a fairy tale? Choose the Captain Morgan trail and you will know why!

For the end of your adventure, we have left this fairytale trail which is 20 kilometres long. You will start in Kanfanar where we suggest you visit the Parish Church of St. Sylvester. The stone pulpit with the relief of St. Sophia from the basilica of the same name was brought from Dvigrad which many people abandoned due to plague in 1714.

Tired of all that mileage, you will enrich your adventure in one of the Istrian taverns and treat yourselves with a rich lunch. Don't forget to drink your goblet of wine, just like Captain Morgan would do!
